Hello everyone! Hope you all are enjoying the few days of summer we have left. I have not posted in a while and there’s a really good reason for that. I promise to share it in the new lifestyle link of my blog. Yep! I have decided to add lifestyle because a few things to share that I believe will empower all mommas out there. Stay tuned :).
Back to the point of today’s post….making this super easy kitchen or home office bulletin boards.
You only need five items to make it! And it took about five minutes to make each of these boards.
You will need:
- A Canvas (size of your choice)
- Non-adhesive shelf/drawer liner
- Thumbtacks
- A pair of scissors
- A hammer
Step 1: Lay shelf liner down (wrong side up) and place canvas over it, leaving about 2 inches of liner around the canvas.
Step 2: Wrap shelf liner around the edges of your canvas and secure with thumbtacks. Hammer the thumbtacks down to hold thumbtacks in place.
Step 3: Hang on the wall. I used 3M hanging strip for a secure hold.
Ready to make this DIY Kitchen Bulletin Board?
I bought these canvases in a pack from A.C. Moore. It’s usually on sale or you can use their weekly coupons to get a good deal on these. Find a coupon here.
Shelf/Drawer Liner from Walmart a few years ago. I can’t seem to find this print, but here‘s a similar black and white print.
I bought the thumbtacks from the dollar store and I already had the scissors and hammer on hand.
Hope you enjoy DIYing and please share you finished look!
